Controlled cervical rotation to improve neck mobility.
Execution
- Sit or stand tall with shoulders relaxed
- Slowly rotate the head to one side
- Pause briefly at end range
- Return to center and repeat to the other side
- Perform 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps each direction
Cues
- Keep chin level
- Avoid shoulder shrugging
