Cross-Body Shoulder Stretch

Gentle posterior shoulder stretch. A safer alternative to the sleeper stretch for some clients.

Execution

  1. Bring the arm horizontally across the body
  2. Use the opposite hand to draw the arm toward the chest
  3. Keep the shoulder down
  4. Hold 30-45 seconds per side
