Active range of motion drill to restore forearm rotation control.
Execution
- Sit with elbow at 90 degrees and forearm supported
- Rotate palm up to full supination, then palm down to full pronation
- Move slowly through available range
- 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps
Cues
- Keep the elbow fixed
- Move only through pain-free range
Common Errors
- Shoulder rotation substitution
- Rushing through end ranges
Progressions
- Add light resistance
- Increase range gradually
