Angled press with a landmine or corner anchor. Friendly on shoulder mobility with a natural arc.

Execution

  1. Bar anchored in a landmine or corner
  2. Grip the bar end in an athletic stance
  3. Press up and slightly forward along the arc
  4. Control the return
  5. 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps
