Angled press with a landmine or corner anchor. Friendly on shoulder mobility with a natural arc.
Execution
- Bar anchored in a landmine or corner
- Grip the bar end in an athletic stance
- Press up and slightly forward along the arc
- Control the return
- 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps

- Finish with full lockout
