Pec Minor Lacrosse Ball Release

Targeted release for the pec minor. Key for rounded shoulders and scapular dyskinesis.

Execution

  1. Stand facing a wall, ball under the clavicle and lateral to the sternum
  2. Lean into the wall for pressure
  3. Hold 60-90 seconds on tender points
  4. Option: move the arm slowly while maintaining pressure
  5. 2-3 points per side
