Targeted release for the pec minor. Key for rounded shoulders and scapular dyskinesis.
Execution
- Stand facing a wall, ball under the clavicle and lateral to the sternum
- Lean into the wall for pressure
- Hold 60-90 seconds on tender points
- Option: move the arm slowly while maintaining pressure
- 2-3 points per side
Cues
- Firm but tolerable pressure
- Relax the shoulder
- Slow breathing
Common Errors
- Too medial (near the sternum)
- Neck tension
- Breath holding
Progressions
- Static -> Add arm motion -> Increase pressure
