Execution
- Supine with knees bent
- Find neutral pelvis between anterior and posterior tilt
- Maintain alignment while moving the limbs
- Progress to more challenging positions
Cues
- Keep a natural space under the low back
- Do not flatten or over-arch
- Light core engagement
Common Errors
- Losing neutral pelvis when legs move
- Breath holding
- Excess tension

- Supine pelvic tilt -> Seated -> Standing alignment -> Add breathing
