Execution
- Standing or seated with a small ball under the foot
- Roll from heel to forefoot
- Apply moderate pressure on tender points
- 2-3 minutes per foot
Cues
- Cover the whole sole
- Pause on tender spots
- Flex toes over the ball
Common Errors
- Only rolling without pressure
- Ignoring sensitive areas
- Too short a duration
Progressions
- Light pressure -> Firm pressure -> Longer duration -> Add toe extension
