Posterior Shoulder Ball Release

Soft tissue release for the posterior shoulder using a ball.

Execution

  1. Stand against a wall with a ball at the back of the shoulder
  2. Slowly roll over tender spots
  3. Hold pressure 20-30 seconds per spot
  4. Breathe slowly and stay relaxed
  5. Repeat 1-2 minutes per side
