Soft tissue release for the posterior shoulder using a ball.
Execution
- Stand against a wall with a ball at the back of the shoulder
- Slowly roll over tender spots
- Hold pressure 20-30 seconds per spot
- Breathe slowly and stay relaxed
- Repeat 1-2 minutes per side

- Avoid the neck
- Moderate pressure
