Execution
- Seated or standing, barefoot
- Shorten the foot by drawing the ball toward the heel
- Lift the medial arch without curling the toes
- Hold 5-10 seconds, relax
- 3 sets x 15-20 reps

- Make the foot shorter
- Toes stay long and relaxed
- Lift the arch
