Execution
- Quadruped or side-lying
- Lock lumbar spine and hips
- Rotate thorax, reaching the hand to the ceiling
- Follow the hand with the eyes
Cues
- Rotate from the thoracic spine
- Keep hips still
- Exhale during rotation
Common Errors
- Rotating from the low back
- Short range
- Loss of base stability
Progressions
- Small range -> Full range -> Add breath hold -> Add resistance band
