Execution
- Support forearm with palm down and hold a light dumbbell
- Use the opposite hand to assist into wrist extension
- Slowly lower into wrist flexion over 3-5 seconds
- 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps

- Control the lowering phase
- Use minimal pain as a guide
